Qualifications
THE OPPORTUNITY:
the Salesforce Administrator to support our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will be both technically proficient in Salesforce and highly organized, capable of managing a variety of operational tasks, including vendor management, process improvement, project tracking, and reporting. This role will provide broader operational support, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across key processes. This role is critical to supporting the team’s ability to scale and achieve its goals.
WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:
- Serve as the primary administrator for MHN’s Salesforce platform, managing user access, configurations, customizations, and data integrity.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce functionalities, including customizations and workflows, to support evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and operational goals.
- Reference and pull data from national and publicly available sources to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within Salesforce.
- Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with external partners as needed for system enhancements.
- Support vendor management, including contract tracking and relationship coordination.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency across the team.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure progress toward operational goals.
- Support cross-functional teams with data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
- Participate in strategy development and implement broader operational support across enterprise teams
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience, including report/dashboard creation, workflows, and process automation.
- Salesforce development experience with the ability to customize and enhance Salesforce functionalities to meet business needs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and visualization (e.g., Salesforce dashboards, PowerPoint, Excel, or other BI tools).
- Proficiency in referencing and pulling data from national and publicly available sources to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Experience in educating and translating Salesforce functionalities to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and effective time management to manage projects and priorities.
- Experience in operations, process improvement, or project coordination within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Passion for making healthcare more impactful, ideally with experience in value-based care and addressing the needs of unique populations.
- Experience in healthcare or value-based care is a big plus.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
