Position Summary:
The Facilities Associate position performs general cleaning and facilities support activities in the production department in support of the department objectives to provide goods and services that meet customer’s requirements for quality, quantity and timeliness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to follow Medical Murray Quality system, including all applicable SOP's included in the Training Matrix
- Performs a variety of cleaning tasks including but not limited to: dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, trash collection and removal, and restroom and lunch room area cleaning
- Provides support and documentation for cleaning services as required for cleanrooms in accordance with established guidelines
- Requests orders and stocks required general supplies such as paper products, soap dispensers, etc.
- Travels between local facilities as necessary to complete all maintenance responsibilities
- Perform all duties in accordance with established safety procedures
- Assists in the facilities organization projects in the development and production areas as required
- Performs other duties as requested
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- Working knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment
- Must be able to communicate effectively to deliver excellent internal customer satisfaction
- Organized with attention to detail
