Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Technician!
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for quality production, thrive in a hands-on environment, and enjoy working with a dedicated team to solve challenges, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow quality systems and SOPs to ensure products meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with the Operations team to drive continuous improvement
- Provide hands-on assembly support and troubleshoot issues
- Support testing, validation, and development projects
- Maintain a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence
- Train and cross-train team members on assembly procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and work under a microscope
- Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of production systems and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training or relevant experience is preferred
- Experience with injection molding is a plus
