Summary
As an Office Helper at Foot and Ankle Excellence, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our medical office. This position is essential for maintaining an organized environment that enhances patient care and contributes to the overall efficiency of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist with front desk operations, including greeting patients and managing appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain patient records.
- Ensure the office is organized and supplies are stocked for daily operations.
- Support the medical staff by preparing examination rooms and assisting with patient flow.
- Maintain a clean environment in the exam rooms, work area and reception area.
- Manage phone calls, providing information and directing inquiries as needed.
- Fax, scan, print, shred and more
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferred, not a must.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and staff members.
- Computer literacy is essential; experience with medical software is a plus.
