Responsibilities And Duties
- Maintains consistent (monthly/quarterly) engagement with Senior Level contact to monitor partnership success
- Works with Health System and Payers to understand key System-wide initiatives, pain points, and bottle necks impacting patient care
- Works closely with MSC’s Operations and Clinical teams to leverage MSC capabilities in concert with Health System initiatives and MSC’s
- Identify referral workflow challenges and best practices in each partnership and seek optimal standardization across all partners
- Works with MSC IT and Health System IT teams to champion e-prescribe adoption
- Works with MSC and Health System to identify key product lines through health system needs assessments and MSC profitability and operational analyses
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and performance management of direct reports
- Manages Business Development account personnel that have primary responsibilities for partnerships
- Report on a regular basis to the director of business development on performance to key objectives
- Personally build and maintain relationships with key customers, helping the sales team develop impactful territory plans and strategies.
- Works with MSC Compliance Team to ensure all services provided in partnership avoid violations of anti-kickback statute and other regulatory risks.
- Works with partners to implement, track, promote and expand successful programs to support both entities goals.
- Makes in person sales calls with key accounts to understand what is working and what challenges need to be addressed to grow the business.
- Works with MSC Business Development and Operations to evaluate proper staffing and infrastructure to support current and future business.
- Works with MSC Business Development to ensure Preferred Partnership is being upheld throughout entire Health System
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements
- Two (2) year (minimum) of progressively responsible Account Management experience.
- Two (2) year (minimum) of operations/project management experience
- Two (2) year (minimum) of Senior-Level Healthcare experience
- Ability to travel on a regular basis (25%-30%)
- Customer oriented with good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player).
- Normal office/clerical motor skills in addition to extensive automobile and telephone usage.
