Patient Services Representative

Job Summary:

The Patient Imaging Services Representative plays a key role in supporting the Results Department Manager with daily operations. This position involves collaborating closely with our medical team and radiology partners to deliver image results and medical documentation to patients. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is committed to ensuring a positive patient experience while upholding healthcare compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform front desk duties, execute services for patient results. Manage patient inquiries and provide a high standard of customer Service.
• Process the delivery of medical results to patients efficiently and timely. Develop working relationships with our medical partners.
• Monitor and manage the imaging department’s daily workflow to minimize wait times.
• Prepare imaging reports for physician review and coordinate the delivery of results to referring providers
• Ensure imaging services comply with all regulatory guidelines and organizational policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare administration or related field.
• Previous experience in medical imaging services, healthcare administration, or customer service.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and imaging procedures

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
