Onboarding Specialist – Job Description
This position will be responsible for working with and helping to support our Sales team members to achieve our goal of always providing quality service to our hospitals and travelers through complete and accurate traveler documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process reassignments/new (Lapse) placements
- Pre-call/follow up calls with travelers
- Check in documents (HR, background, health, certifications, licensure, etc.)
- Process background checks
- Set up drug/health screens
- Set up internal and any additional paperwork/testing
- Daily paperwork updates to Sales Manager
- Update checklist end dates for terminations and delete for backouts, cancellations
- Obtain resumes/references and process employment/education verifications and extensions, as time permits
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to type 40-50 wpm
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Strong team player and ability to work with others within and outside of team
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Great organizational skills
- Close attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to manage a large and increasing workload
- Excellent communication and grammatical skills
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
