The Medical Suites at Oak Creek is currently interviewing for a Maintenance Assistant. The Maintenance Assistant provides quality maintenance functions to the facility in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year maintenance experience preferred
- Proven knowledge of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes and ordinance preferred
Essential Functions:
- Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements
- Inspect equipment/systems regularly for proper functioning and safety
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
- Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
