What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales position at Medical Waste Solutions, Inc.?
In this position, you will work 40 hours per week, days, Monday through Friday. You will be in our office making calls to potential clients. You will receive a base salary of $60-$75k with quarterly bonuses based on meeting your sales goals. Starting with hot, warm, and cold leads, you will motivate potential clients to change the service vendor.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Contact potential customers by phone
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
- Be a hard worker. Sales is not an easy job and requires effort.
- Know how to communicate via phone, texting, and emails.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in using the internet and typing. We use a web based CRM software.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Be responsible, efficient, organized, and driven to make customers happy.
- The ability to sell our services throughout IN, IL, WI, KY, OH, MI, and MO.
- Be persistent and able to multitask.
