We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered by the organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience in medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
