Job Responsibilities:
- Contact pre-qualified leads via phone, text, and email to schedule appointments for our licensed agents.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of speaking with a Medicare expert.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure high conversion rates.
- Update and maintain records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and sales conversions.
