\n- Consumer Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute consumer-focused marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement, leveraging a wide range of channels including app-based marketing, social media, paid media, email, and SMS campaigns.
- Branding and Content Creation: Develop compelling consumer-focused content, testimonials, and campaigns to strengthen Medici’s brand and build trust with our target audience.
- Social Media and Influencer Marketing: Build a strong presence on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and partner with influencers to amplify Medici’s messaging and drive consumer trust and engagement.
- Digital Marketing Innovation: Take a hands-on approach to digital marketing initiatives, testing and iterating on tactics to optimize performance and drive app downloads and usage.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to track campaign performance, user engagement, and acquisition metrics, using insights to refine strategies for maximum ROI.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Manage the company’s websites with a focus on driving traffic, enhancing user experience, and optimizing for SEO.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with diverse teams to align marketing initiatives with overarching business and technical objectives, driving cohesive messaging and a unified strategy that propels success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-14 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a Vice President of Marketing or equivalent role.
- Proven success in developing consumer-focused marketing strategies with demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and app-based campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Experience with digital advertising tools and platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok for Business.Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience scaling marketing efforts in a start-up or growth-stage company is a plus.
