Job Summary :
Performs a wide range of assistant functions for the Human Resources Department that includes but is not limited to answering incoming telephone calls, transferring calls, email communications, coordinating customer walk-ins, typing, filing, and computer work. Maintains outstanding communication and customer service skills and assists the Human Resources Departments and staff as needed. Responsible for all employee access identification badges. Distributes incoming mail to various departments. Data entry for daily updates for new hires, department transfers, and termination data.

- High school graduate with experience in typing, filing, general office practice, business communication skills or comparable combination of education and experience.
