BioSonic Technologies, a Medicreations partner, is a modern take on aesthetic facial devices but with a 4 decade long pedigree in the industry. We are building great quality aesthetic equipment at affordable prices helping spas add great new treatment options to their practices and building their business.
Do you love talking to people? Are you cheerful, friendly, and great on the phone?
We are looking for people to support our on-the-field sales team by acting as the first point of contact for prospects who might be interested in our devices. That means both calling potential prospects to learn about their needs and answering people who reach out to inquire about our devices.
You’ll be expected to build interest in our devices, gather prospect information, and enter that information digitally into our online content management system (CMS).
You’ll assist with sales, processing orders, and provide the critical backdrop to a company built to grow.
This is an in-office, on-the-phone opportunity. Regarding our products – you’ll be taught everything you need to know.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Utilize verbal acuity and product knowledge to get targeted aesthetic professionals excited about Biosonic devices
· Call prospects to gather information on the phone in a friendly and natural manner
· Meticulously record all prospect information and interactions in our CRM following company procedures
· Act as the main point of contact and support between our sales team and the main office · Call potential prospects and present our offerings. Cold calling is a significant part of the day-to-day · Perform additional administrative tasks to aid in the sales process

Qualifications:
· 1 years of experience in a call-center or phone-based role
· Must be extremely comfortable on the phone (it’s 90% of the job)
· Strong communication skills and ability to build friendly relationships with prospects
· Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable – a 'no job is to small' mindset and attitude in a fast-paced environment.
· Professional demeanor and a thick skin – not afraid of rejection
· Comfort and ease using a computer and web browser – must be able to quickly learn CRM interface and procedures
· Basic Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet knowledge
· Previous sales experience preferred but not required
· Previous aesthetic experience preferred but not required
