The Talent Engagement Coordinator will be an integral part of the Medicus Healthcare Solutions team, assisting in the coordination of various initiatives supporting talent branding and recruitment marketing, employee engagement, internal communications, college relations, new employee onboarding, and other initiatives for the Greater People team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and promotion of Medicus' employer brand across different channels, including social media, careers page, and Glassdoor/Indeed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content targeted towards internal and external stakeholders, including images and video.
- Manage a content calendar across social media channels in coordination with our Marketing team.
- Utilize various analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, events, and activities that foster a sense of camaraderie among employees.
