Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and prepare monthly financial reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Process payroll, including tax filings and benefits tracking.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate with management to analyze financial performance and assist in decision-making.
Support tax preparation by providing necessary documentation and reports to external CPA firms.
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and financial performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and other financial software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
