This new solution utilizes our team of pharmaceutical e-commerce experts to design and build dedicated online storefronts that connect manufacturers directly with pharmacies, enabling efficient product sales and fostering stronger business relationships. With tools for direct ordering, portfolio management, and seamless operations, Medigi is revolutionizing how manufacturers and pharmacies do business.
Medigi is seeking a SaaS Sales Representative to drive new revenue by researching, identifying, qualifying, proposing, and closing business from targeted companies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Marketing to proactively research, qualify, and cultivate new leads and markets for Medigi’s SaaS Storefront using electronic means, marketing and sales tools, and in-person prospecting.
- Engage prospects, convert them into qualified leads, and ultimately close new business.
- Work closely with Key Account Management to identify, qualify, and justify opportunities for new and custom product lines.
- Communicate directly with prospects and clients through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, events, and outbound marketing campaigns.
- Establish and maintain relationships and communication throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Present Medigi products’ technical features and benefits, demonstrating how they solve prospective customers’ challenges or meet their needs.
- Prepare and issue proposals and quotes for assigned prospects and clients.
- Follow through to close proposals and quotes.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure smooth and complete account setup.
- Identify and develop new contacts and opportunities with assigned clients, from initial contact to closing.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas.
- Maintain appropriate activity levels to ensure consistent achievement of quotas.
- Seek continuous improvement by regularly requesting feedback and guidance on your approach.
- Work with Medigi leadership to refine sales processes and improve productivity.
- Use HubSpot to maintain up-to-date information on all stages of prospects and clients.
- Support marketing efforts by sharing insights on discovered needs, trends, events, and other market intelligence.
- Attend trade shows, assist with booth setup and teardown, network, qualify leads, demonstrate products, and gather feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of SaaS sales experience.
- Experience using a CRM, ideally HubSpot.
- Strong negotiation, verbal, and communication skills.
- Ability to recognize account/revenue/pipeline issues independently and develop proactive plans to maintain performance.
- Proven ability to build pipelines, achieve quarterly quotas, and drive business volumes, effectively utilizing available resources.
- In-depth understanding of all aspects of selling, closing, account management, and the company’s sales process.
- Persuasive in presentations, with impactful communication skills for both internal teams and external clients/partners.
- Ability to analyze problems, prioritize effectively, and determine appropriate actions.
- Willingness to operate in new environments and tackle unfamiliar tasks with new customers and products while collaborating with team members.
- An effective communicator who listens and engages respectfully with team members and clients in email and verbal communications.
- Knowledge of or experience in pharma or medical device sales is a plus.
