We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Payroll Benefits Coordinator to join our payroll team at MediLodge of Montrose. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining up-to-date employee records, including social security numbers, job titles, and FLSA status
- Coordinating the PIB process and verifying employee eligibility
- Posting required posters and ensuring HRIS accuracy
- Reviewing time and attendance reports for errors and making corrections as needed
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Two years' experience in payroll or human resources
- High school diploma or equivalent, with college-level courses in accounting or business preferred
- Strong knowledge of computerized payroll systems and bookkeeping principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
