We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to assist students, staff, and the Building and Operations Manager while ensuring the efficient operation of Central Supply.
STARTING DATE: ASAP
SALARY: Appropriate placement on the Classified Salary Schedule, commensurate with experience and education, ranging from $36,025.60-$48,484.80 annually.
REPORTS TO: Building and Operations Manager or Designee
BENEFITS: School Employees Retirement System. WORK-WEEK/YEAR: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM ~ 40 hours a week ~ 260 days a year (12-months)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on database management. Experience with basic accounting principles, with a knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation. Demonstrated ability to work on a team, with strong customer service skills. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to build rapport with many stakeholders. A motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Record of excellent attendance. Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with administrators, staff, students, parents, associates, vendors, and community members.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of career technical education. Prior related experience preferred. Possess or willing to obtain a Notary Public Commission.
