As a DSP, you are a life coach! The goal is to foster increased independence in the individual's home and community. You'll help empower others by using a person-centered approach. DSPs encourage personal choice and daily accomplishments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop rapport and safe and supportive relationships with residents
- Follow guidelines in the individual's service plan
- Assist with daily routines, such as meal preparation and self-hygiene
- Provide medication and appointment reminders
- Update case notes on a daily basis
DSP Skills & Compliance:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance
- Ability to complete a criminal background check
- Compassionate about the well-being of others
No experience required. We provide PAID training to become a successful DSP!

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
