SUMMARY
The Clinic Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Promotes strong teamwork across departments to address the needs of patients and physicians while supporting decision-making and actions.
- Responsible for conducting interviews, hiring and training employees, planning and assigning work, evaluating performance, recognizing achievements, managing disciplinary actions, and resolving complaints.
- Hires staff based on established criteria and continually monitors, coaches, and evaluates their performance according to relevant standards.
- Identifies and implements strategies to boost employee morale and motivation.
- Analyzes and allocates front and back-office staffing to ensure efficient and courteous service for healthcare professionals and patients.
- Oversees compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards to ensure quality and safety in patient care.

Develops, evaluates, recommends, and implements new initiatives as needed to drive business growth and quality care. Ensures that customer and patient service needs are met.
- Monitors feedback on patient services and participates in resolving complaints and service issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Formal degrees are highly preferred. In lieu of a formal degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management or supervisory, preferably in a clinic or similar healthcare setting, will be considered.
- Additional certifications in healthcare management or related fields are a plus but not mandatory.
