Medina Meadows is searching for an experienced Maintenance Director to lead our facility’s maintenance operations. If you have a passion for keeping things running smoothly and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff, we’d love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For :
- Long-term care (LTC) experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage daily operations, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Ability to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and life safety codes.
- A team player who can communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external vendors.
