Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Secretary will be responsible for maintaining schedules, managing correspondence, and performing various clerical duties.

Duties

  • Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with filing and maintaining office documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or team members when required.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Serve as a dental or medical receptionist when necessary, greeting patients and managing their information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment or similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate schedules efficiently.
  • Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading, and correspondence management.
  • Experience in roles such as personal assistant or receptionist is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
