Infor HRIS Analyst

Overview:

We are actively seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our HRIS team, and we are looking for a highly skilled, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Infor Lawson (S3) system, ensuring smooth operations.


• Ability to code complex SQL queries (Advanced ), including SSRS reports.


• Collaborate with the team on Infor Workforce Management (WFM) implementation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Infor S3 or GHR.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.


• Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities quickly.


• Comfortable with virtual meetings (camera required).


• SSRS report development experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Infor GHR or Infor Workforce Management (WFM) experience.


• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.


• Familiarity with Infor Process Designer and Infor Design Studio.


• Knowledge of SQL
