This entry-level position in Desktop Engineering involves developing and applying working knowledge in various IT disciplines to support technical infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing consulting services to customers on technology-related issues. Specific tasks include supporting desktop and laptop Windows operating systems, troubleshooting computer hardware and applications, monitoring and supporting Microsoft Office and Exchange, active directory group policy and security troubleshooting, system imaging, and network and telecommunications troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Customer Service call center. Must be available to work any shift, including overnight, weekends, and holidays, and be on-call. Experience with EPIC is a plus.
