Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join the team and provide clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, efficient care for all patients. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care while performing essential clinical tasks.
Responsibilities/ Job Duties:
- Prepare patients for examinatin and treatment but taking patient histories and vital signs.
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms with the necessary instruments.
- Give injections and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.
- Assist physicians in preparing for minor surgeries and physicals.
- Answer telephone calls and screens for referral.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- MA certification
- Minimum 1 year of MA experience
- Proven track record in a fast paced setting
Schedule/ Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
