We're seeking a proactive and team-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) , Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , Paramedic , or EMT-A to support our dynamic medical team in providing outstanding patient care. Responsibilities / Job Duties :

Prepare charts and exam rooms for patient visits.

Room patients, obtain vital signs, and conduct medication reconciliation.

Assist providers with procedures (e.g., biopsies, ED&C) and instrument sterilization.

Enter orders as directed by providers and perform prior authorizations.

Schedule appointments for procedures and conduct phone triage / inbox message management.

Maintain a steady workflow, managing care for 25-30 patients per day.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :

Active certification / license : CMA, LPN, Paramedic, EMT-A.

Current BLS or CPR (AHA) certification.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule / Shift : Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
