Responsibilities :
- Conduct research experiments and investigations under the guidance of senior researchers or project leaders.
- Collect, record, and analyze data using various scientific techniques and equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of research protocols, including experimental design and methodology.
- Perform literature reviews and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
- Prepare and present research findings to internal teams, collaborators, and at conferences or scientific meetings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of research projects.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to optimize experimental processes.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure their proper calibration and functionality, and assist in ordering necessary supplies.
