Method Development Associate Scientist / Scientist
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and validate HPLC methodologies for small molecule drug substances and drug products.
Conduct forced degradation studies and create stability-indicating assays and impurity methods.
Work in a GLP / GMP laboratory environment, ensuring timely and compliant data generation to support client projects.
Perform routine analyses using techniques such as HPLC, GC, NMR, MS, IR, ICP, KF, and other analytical methods.
Author and review protocols and reports, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
Stay up-to-date with relevant ICH, GMP, and FDA guidelines and regulations.
Educational Qualifications :
B.S. to Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of analytical laboratory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in a GMP laboratory setting is required.
Skills and Experience :
Proficiency with standard laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, UPLC).
Experience with LC-MS and GC is a plus, but not required.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Basic understanding of chemical properties, structure, and reactivity, with the ability to handle chemicals safely and appropriately.
Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, and basic statistics.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both laboratory and office teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
