We are in need of an experienced organized and dynamic Admissions Coordinator . The ideal candidates shall have experience with Admissions preferable within the Mental Health field.
As one of the leading Intensive Outpatient Programs in Concord MA we work with teens and young adults suffering from Mental Health and Substance Abuse issues. We know that with the right care they can make a full recovery.
Schedule : Full time.
Be available on weekends and evenings.
Potential for hybrid in the future.
Requirements
Experience in the below required!
- Fielding all incoming referrals from phone email and website
- Talk to families of clients
- Have CRM experience
- Knowledge within healthcare insurance
- Some financial understanding
- Mental health / Addiction background a plus
- Bachelors within Healthcare / Mental Health required
