Superb Nurse Practitioner Opportunity!

A Longterm care group is in search of a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to see geriatric patients in nursing homes located in the five towns.

Requirements :

  • Valid NP license in the state of NY
  • Nursing Home experience a must
  • Credentialed with Medicare strongly preferred

Duties will include :

  • Managing all Primary Care related consults
  • History and physical exam
  • Medication review
  • Prescribe medication and drugs
  • Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a followup plan
  • Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patients medical history

    • Schedule :

  • 8hour shifts
  • Working days : Sunday Tuesday Thursday Friday and Saturday
