We are seeking a Part-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in assisted living facilities located in Leitchfield/Bowling Green, KY. As an NP, you will participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds. You will establish a plan of care, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Valid NP License in the State of Kentucky

Wound Care Certification (preferred)
- Wound Care experience (preferred but not necessary – Company will provide all training)
Schedule:
- 1 day per week
