Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training content to drivers, supervisors, and managers.
- Partner with the compliance team to ensure DOT regulations are met, including driver qualification files, Hours of Service, driver inspections, and on-road performance.
- Monitor driver scorecards and conduct risk reviews with Fleet Supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Transportation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years in a compliance or training role in a 100 vehicle fleet.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
