Job Summary
Medline is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to implement its ESG strategy globally, with a strong emphasis on non-financial internal reporting. This new role sits within Medline's ESG Program and will oversee the administration of non-financial data at the company, including performance indicators and organization attributes. This role will be an integral team member responsible for developing, managing and monitoring processes for operationalizing ESG strategy, including the distribution of controlled, non-financial data to targeted internal stakeholders. This role will closely partner and strategically align with Corporate Marketing and core business functions that routinely consume and leverage credible, controlled and consistent non-financial data.
Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
ESG Program Implementation
- Lead coordination with Medline's global ESG teams to align ESG policies, procedures, and communication
- Work with the Director of ESG to communicate and integrate Medline's ESG strategy to the global markets
- Manage global sustainability projects and measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate with internal and external research, analytical, and consulting teams to develop sustainability activities and protocols

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in sustainability or business
Certification / Licensure
None required.
Work Experience
At least 5 years of work relevant work experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Robust knowledge for process design, implementation and continuous improvement
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage ambiguity with logic and effective prioritization
Strong relationship management

The anticipated salary range for this position :
115,440.00 - $173,160.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
