Job Description
The Sales Training Manager is a training business partner to sales responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales training initiatives and programs for assigned sales forces. This person will collaborate cross-functionally with groups such as product divisions, marketing, operations and more to deliver needed training. This person will own implementation and facilitation of sales training courses on behalf of sales, and be in touch with needs of the evolving needs of the field and advise on training curriculum, course structure. The Sales Training Manager will identify key metrics, track and ensure success.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and facilitate sales training courses. Ensure training materials align with business needs and learning strategy.
- Develop and manage sales rep performance scorecards and course metrics to assess rep performance and course effectiveness.
- Manage quarterly content review process within Sales Training team and in conjunction with business partners.
- Own and manage training schedules to ensure accuracy in agenda structure, class time, and facilitators.
- Lead certification of training facilitators : inspecting for message delivery and course facilitation guidelines, providing feedback on session success and when development is required, inspection of facilitation skills in classroom setting.
- Own and mange pre and post-class activities and communications.
- Class facilitation and management.
- Partner with sales leadership and relevant stake holders to identify business priorities, needs and gaps. Develop and deliver training content to address.
- Build effective relationships internally and externally to stay connected to needs of the field via field travel, meeting attendance and events. Identify opportunities and proactively recommend training solutions.

The anticipated salary range for this position :
85,280.00 - $123,760.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
