Job Summary
Provide operational support through timely and accurate processing of managed reports, surplus and workflows regarding distributed product on inbound and outbound orders.
Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Investigate product held stock for damages, expired, licensing and recall issues. Act as a liaison between warehouses and vendors to allocate charges as necessary.
2. Evaluate and make timely decisions regarding customer returns while being cognizant of thresholds and procedures to prevent surplus.
3. Review and process daily reports including but not limited to corporate surplus file, customer returns and DED's.
4. Research customer requests for allocation and route product allocations by the specific vendors.
5. Repot to sales on stock levels for customer exits by compiling and customizing data as necessary.
6. Respond and action miscellaneous internal and external representative, customer and DSM service requests regarding stock levels. Coordinate vendor returns when necessary.

The anticipated salary range for this position :
23.25 - $32.50 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
