We are seeking an IT Generalist I who is responsible for cell phone and computer equipment management. Will field helpdesk calls, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues involving cell phones and computers/laptops
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be responsible for setup and distribution of MedOne cell phones and computer equipment which will include:
- Troubleshooting equipment issues
- Repair/replacement of damaged or end-of-life equipment
- Distribution of equipment to new employees
- Process upgrades of phones and computers.
- Will act as second level support for helpdesk tickets that come into the Managed Service Provider’s system. Primary support for any in-person required support. Backup support for clinical applications.
- Will handle new user orientations including security awareness training, computer equipment, Phones/MDM. Will be familiar with new hire checklists and requests.
- Care site liaison for IT support. Includes contacting care site help desks for provider support.
- Will support Printer/Copier issues
- Will work with Microsoft products including Entra ID and Intune.
- Will monitor Connect Secure vulnerabilities and assist with ensuring patching is happening to maintain a score of B or above.
- Will provide excellent customer service and treat all employees with respect and a focus on efficient problem resolution
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical school with experience; Associate’s degree preferred
Certification/Licensure:
- Microsoft Certifications Preferred, but not required
- CompTIA A , Network Preferred, but not required
- Other IT Industry Certifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years IT Support experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Products
- Familiarity with iOS and Android devices

- Able to provide excellent customer services; Professional and friendly
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Detail oriented
- Problem solving and process improvement skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Ability to establish and maintain professional, positive working relationships with physicians, management and office staff

- Able to maintain strict patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA rules and regulations
