Position Synopsis: MedOne Healthcare's Vice President (VP) of Sales and Marketing position is rewarding and engaging, requiring an individual with superior sales leadership, stellar follow-through, and relationship-building abilities. This role is responsible for a given market or territory and will be the sales manager for current and future territories. The day-to-day of this position includes marketing and sales responsibilities to existing and potential referral sources, being knowledgeable of third-party reimbursements, and working closely with the team to ensure every referral is treated with urgency. There will be the expectation to identify new referral opportunities and maintain good relationships with current referral sources while working directly and indirectly with customers and staff. This position will also manage the day-to-day activities and metrics associated with the Arizona (AZ) and Colorado (CO) markets.
Essential Functions:
1. Create a sales plan encompassing all referral sources for the entire company (AZ, CO, and future markets)
2. Market and generate sales leads for MedOne Healthcare in Phoenix and surrounding areas
3. Consistently meet established sales goals and expand markets.
4. Attend, conduct, and participate in educational meetings, seminars, health fairs, networking events, and building relationships.
5. Maintain a record of all sales calls and follow-ups through the company CRM
6. Support MedOne Healthcare by presenting solutions to management for areas of concern and problems that need to be resolved.
7. Participate in management activities as requested by MedOne’s leadership.
8. Use knowledge of third-party medical insurance reimbursement requirements and equipment to create new service lines.
9. Assist in developing a sales budget and be accountable for it. Review MedOne Healthcare's marketing and advertising needs with leadership and update sales plans accordingly.
10. Always adhere to MedOne’s company policies regarding compliance and confidentiality.
Additional Functions:
· Assist the Compliance Officer in ensuring 100% compliance (no Exceptions)
· Performs other related duties as apparent or assigned.
Education, Licensure, or Certification:
· Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, and/or business-related role is required
Work Experience or Related Experience:
· At least five years of relevant industry experience or more, as well as any past DME experience, including prior outside sales and marketing experience in AZ and CO.
· Experience in healthcare, insurance, or relevant medical fields supporting a diverse patient population is strongly preferred.

Leadership Responsibilities
· This position has direct leadership responsibilities for designated team members residing in various markets. The VP of Sales & Marketing will be a strong leader capable of motivating, guiding, and developing the team to achieve optimal performance and contribute to the overall success of the enterprise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
