We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your responsibility is to establish and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring optimal organizational efficiency, communication, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing general office operation.
- Extending a warm welcome to visitors and delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Organizing company events and conferences.
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets.
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Conduct interviews, facilitate training for new hires, and manage employment paperwork.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Generating reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
- Creating presentations and other high-level reports for effective communication.
- Collaborating with maintenance companies to uphold office cleanliness and safety, and ensuring proper functioning of appliances.
- Regularly reporting office progress to senior management and collaborating with them to enhance office operations and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in office management.
- Exceptional computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
