Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Infrastructure Operations Project Coordinator to join our dynamic IT team. This role will be instrumental in coordinating and managing infrastructure projects and service desk operations to ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-performing IT services across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
Works closely with the Senior Supervisor, IT Infrastructure and Operations and VP of HIT to assist with the implementation design, configuration, deployment, monitoring, and reporting of the Office 365 environment across the organization
Plan, organize, and manage IT infrastructure projects, including hardware deployments, network upgrades, and software rollouts.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Provide regular updates on project and service desk performance to IT leadership and key stakeholders.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication across teams.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of IT operations.
Implement industry best practices and frameworks to improve infrastructure project management.
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for users and systems.

Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field and three (3) years of recent full time experience in a centralized Information Technology organization
Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies such as networks, servers, storage, and applications
Knowledge of frameworks and project management principles.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern workplace technologies (e.g., Office 365, collaboration tools).
Understanding of Healthcare IT, HITRUST, and HIPAA
Skill and Abilities
Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills with ability to manage changing priorities.
May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as contributing positively to team projects
Effectively communicate technical information to non technical audiences.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including Project Management a must.
