Position Overview

We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Naperville, IL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. As a Client Account Manager , your primary focus will be to enhance client value by :

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets – Drive revenue through effective sales activities and value-added services.
  • Value-Based Selling – Identify client needs, explain contract terms, and propose solutions that maximize value.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Problem-Solving & Negotiation – Address service concerns and negotiate solutions that satisfy both the client and company.
  • Customer Retention – Proactively identify potential churn risks and implement strategies to retain clients.
  • CRM Management – Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with operations, billing, collections, and sales teams to deliver top-tier client solutions.
  • Qualifications

  • Experience – 2 years of proven success in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Education – Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required).
  • Technical Skills – Strong CRM proficiency and the ability to leverage data for client engagement.
  • Soft Skills – Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Motivation – Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed goals.
