We’re looking for a Client Manager to join our team onsite at our Naperville, IL headquarters. In this role, you’ll build trusted client relationships, deliver tailored compliance solutions, and serve as a key driver of customer success and retention. As a Client Manager you will:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary, day-to-day contact for your assigned client portfolio.
- Build rapport and trust with healthcare decision-makers through personalized service and consistent follow-up.
- Act as a strategic advisor—understanding client goals and providing proactive, solution-oriented guidance.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through upselling and cross-selling MedPro’s services.
- Monitor account health and client satisfaction, addressing issues quickly to ensure retention and minimize churn.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to seamlessly transition and grow accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, billing, and support teams to ensure service excellence.
- Resolve client issues efficiently, balancing client satisfaction with business needs.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Stay current on healthcare compliance trends and regulatory changes.
- Use market knowledge to better serve clients and inform internal strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2 years in client management, account management, or B2B sales. Experience in the healthcare space is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred—or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
- You’re passionate about helping clients succeed and building long-term relationships. .
- Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and address client concerns effectively.
