Position Overview :

As a Healthcare Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued healthcare clients.

You'll proactively identify growth opportunities, provide tailored compliance solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Account Management : Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and growth.
  • Revenue Growth & Cross-Selling : Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and provide tailored compliance solutions that address their specific challenges.
  • Client Retention & Advocacy : Proactively monitor accounts for churn risks, address client concerns, and act as a client advocate.
  • Problem Resolution & Negotiation : Resolve service issues and negotiate win-win solutions for both clients and the company.
  • CRM Management & Reporting : Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and generate insightful reports to track performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with operations, billing, collections, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer service and retention.
  • Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities

    Qualifications :

  • Experience : 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Industry Knowledge : Experience working with healthcare organizations or compliance solutions is a strong plus.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • CRM Proficiency : Strong proficiency in CRM software and the ability to leverage data for client engagement.
  • Communication & Negotiation : Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Motivation & Drive : Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Client Focus : A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Problem solving : Ability to quickly assess a situation, and act accordingly.
