Position Overview :
Your main task will be to prospect and engage medical offices, healthcare providers, and decision-makers within clinics and hospitals. You’ll utilize calls, emails, and virtual and onsite meetings with practice managers, doctors, and healthcare administrators to assess their needs and present tailored solutions that address their specific goals. You’ll handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closing the sale and managing the client handoff for service onboarding. Effective pipeline management is essential, as you’ll need to track your progress, document client interactions, and follow up using our CRM tools. You will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. The role involves educating clients on the benefits of our Medical Waste Disposal and Safety training services. You will also participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about industry updates and service enhancements.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a strategic sales approach to increase customer base, market share, and profit margins
- Analyze data and customer trends to identify current and potential customers
- Make frequent sales calls to prospective customers to present our products and services
- Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Negotiate competitive and profitable contracts with prospective customers
- Document all customer activities utilizing our internal CRM system
- Utilize of sales and marketing techniques to build and grow relationships within assigned territory
