Position Overview
As a National Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, engaging multi-location healthcare organizations and showcasing the transformative value of our centralized compliance solutions. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales & Market Expansion: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate key markets and drive revenue growth within multi-location healthcare organizations.
- Proactive Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify high-potential leads through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging inbound marketing efforts.
- Consultative Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the unique value proposition of MedPro Disposal's solutions.
- Relationship Building & Needs Analysis: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Complex Contract Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate and close complex contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term client partnerships.
- CRM Management & Sales Pipeline Optimization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with operations, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to multi-location accounts is a significant plus. Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for both inbound and outbound sales.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote work environment.
- Experience with EOS implementation is a bonus.
