Position Overview : Ready to accelerate your sales career with a company at the forefront of healthcare compliance solutions? We're searching for a results-oriented Distributor Partner Channel Sales Representative with a proven track record of success in a similar ecosystem to develop and nurture relationships with our key distributor partners. You'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, exceeding targets, and expanding our market presence. What You'll Do :

  • Drive Solutions Sales :  Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand our customer base through distributor partnerships, focusing on our software and service offerings.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships :  Cultivate and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with key distributor partners, becoming their trusted advisor on our comprehensive suite of solutions.
  • Enable Partner Success :  Provide in-depth training, support, and guidance to distributor partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively position and sell our software and services.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy :  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies, with a focus on the healthcare technology landscape.
  • Collaboration & Communication :  Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales objectives.
  • Performance Reporting & Forecasting :  Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance and market trends, providing valuable insights to the team.

What You'll Need :

  • 5 years of proven experience in channel sales or distributor management within a relevant ecosystem (e.g., healthcare IT, SaaS, compliance solutions) . Please highlight your experience in this area.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong, strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate the value of complex software and service solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with EOS is a plus).
