Position Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicles to customer sites to pick up medical waste and deliver it to treatment facilities.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
- Record transactions accurately using appropriate forms or electronic devices.
- Promote additional products, services, and company promotions to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high service standards.
- Perform daily vehicle checks, report maintenance issues, and ensure cleanliness.
- Assist with local sales and marketing efforts when needed.
- Maintain consistent communication and support for customer accounts.
- Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet customer needs.
Position Requirements:
- At least 1 year of route dispatch or warehouse experience (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving trucks or commercial vans with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work a 5-day shift, including Saturdays, and lift at least 50 lbs.
- Professional demeanor with casual dress attire.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
Job Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with occasional overtime and weekend availability.
