In this role, you will…
- Perform daily and monthly cash duties including reconciling cash accounts, transferring cash as needed to maintain operating balances, and maximizing interest income.
- Process wire transfers, ACH debits/credits and intercompany book transfers as needed.
- Prepare a variety of treasury analyses and metrics upon request (cash forecasts, historical trends, budgets, etc.).
- Monitor fraud services daily and make decisions on presented items (ACH Fraud Filter & PositivePay)
- Contribute to the monthly and quarterly financial close process by posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts and analyzing variances.
- Evaluate and analyze new and existing bank accounts, products, services, and fees.
- Work closely with bank contacts and maintain professional, working relationships with MedPro Group's various financial institutions.
- Learn, understand and help maintain NACHA guidelines and PCI standards and effectively incorporate them into current and future processes.
- Utilize available tools to improve daily cash (Excel, Access, Alteryx, Tableau, API, ODBC, etc.).
- Identify, recommend and assist in implementing new technologies and processes to improve efficiencies and best practices.
- Act as a Treasury liaison engaging and interacting with various functions across MedPro Group to deliver industry-leading solutions to our customer and other key stakeholders.
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting (preferred), Finance or Business.
- 1-5 years of experience desired.
- CPA or progression towards CPA preferred.
- Motivated, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Treasury and Accounting controls.
- Strong computer skills utilizing Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau and database design a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in both an independent and collaborative environment.
