In this role, you will…
- Train as an Associate Underwriter on service related tasks
- Gain knowledge of underwriting systems and policy types
- Gather information for New Business applications
- Process loss runs and credential letters
- Shadow other areas: Underwriting, Customer Service, Manual Operations
- Assist with various other duties and project work as assigned
- At least 2 years completed toward a degree in Insurance, Risk Management or Business
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- The ability to succeed with significant workload requirements
- Good organization skills, and the ability to multitask
- Proven ability to work on a team or operate independently and prioritize job duties
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Mandatory computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Year-round availability: 15-20 hours during the school year, full-time during the summer in our Oklahoma City office.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
