Job Title: CT Technologist
We are seeking a qualified CT Technologist to join our team for a 13-week contract in Salem, Massachusetts.
Job Requirements:
- 18 months of experience as a CT Tech in a healthcare setting
- ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification
- Licensure is required in most states
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue
- Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
- Appropriately set the controls of the related equipment, monitor equipment and patient, making adjustments as needed
- Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast, if applicable
- Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence of exposure, and appropriately label
- Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions
- Charge procedures and supplies used to the patient record
- Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration
- Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner
- Maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives
